1:1 · any career stage
One-on-one work for professionals at any career stage who want clearer self-awareness and stronger leadership presence. Sessions blend structured assessment with open, reflective conversation.
For you
We work with people across three life stages — early career, mid career, and encore — to help them realise what they are made for, and become more of that. For some, this means living more fulfillingly inside the corporate world they're already in. For others, it means having the clarity and courage to pivot to a different way of operating altogether.

One-on-one work for professionals at any career stage who want clearer self-awareness and stronger leadership presence. Sessions blend structured assessment with open, reflective conversation.
Stepping into, or growing within, leadership
Programs for people stepping into, or growing within, leadership roles. Focused on the human capacities that make leadership sustainable: self-awareness, communication, and adaptability.
Five certified instruments
We use established, research-backed assessment tools to help individuals and teams understand behavioural style, communication patterns, and working dynamics, turning insight into practical change.
The foundation, not an afterthought
Development work that treats well-being as a foundation, not an afterthought. We help people build careers that don't cost them their sense of self.
Three map to a career stage; the fourth maps to a relationship — the one between a parent and their high-schooler, at the exact moment both are quietly figuring out who they are. Each starts from where a person actually is — not where a résumé, or a family script, says they should be — and works toward where they want to end up: a life and a career built from the inside out, not assigned from the outside in.
We don't recommend jobs. We don't point people toward a “right” title or industry. The future of work is increasingly a portfolio of pursuits, roles, and contributions — shaped by happiness, fulfilment, and a thriving life, not by a single linear ladder. Our job is to help people get clear enough on who they are that they can build that portfolio themselves, and keep rebuilding it as life changes.
Journey 01 · Early Career21–30 · the trailhead
Choose a direction before the world chooses one for you.
Starting point
Most people begin their career carrying decisions that were never fully their own — a stream chosen because it was safe, a first job taken because it was available, an identity still largely defined by exams passed and expectations met. There's energy and ambition, but often little self-knowledge underneath it. The question "what do I want to do?" gets answered constantly. The question "who am I, actually?" rarely gets asked at all.
What people arrive carrying
Where they want to end up
Clarity — not about a job title, but about themselves. A working sense of their own behavioural style, values, and what genuinely energises versus drains them. The confidence to make early-career choices — which projects to chase, which environments to seek out, which offers to decline — based on internal signal rather than external pressure or default momentum.
The gap
Between an identity largely inherited from school, family, and social comparison, and one that's actually self-authored. Between chasing opportunities because they look good from the outside, and choosing them because they fit who the person is on the inside.
Bridging it
We start with BeingOS, helping the individual build genuine self-understanding — their natural style, their values, the patterns that show up under pressure and the ones that show up when they're at their best. This becomes the lens for everything that follows.
From there, ThrivingOS helps them start defining, early, what a fulfilling life actually looks like across the domains that will matter for decades to come — not just career, but relationships, health, habits, and purpose — so career decisions get made in the context of a whole life, not in isolation from it.
Career Compass then helps translate that self-knowledge into direction: not a job recommendation, but a working sense of purpose and the anchors — the non-negotiables and the genuine draws — that should guide how they build their working life, including the possibility of a portfolio of pursuits rather than a single track.

The work
Early Career Accelerator · group coaching journey, a cohort of peers at the same crossroads
The outcome
A young professional who makes early-career choices from identity outward, not from expectation inward — with the self-awareness to keep recalibrating as they learn more about themselves and the world they're stepping into.

Discover who you are →Journey 02 · Mid Career35–45 · the high pass
Excellent at your job, a stranger to yourself.
Starting point
This is often the most quietly difficult stage: a career that looks successful by every external measure — title, compensation, trajectory — accompanied by a growing, sometimes unspoken sense that something doesn't fit. Years of decisions made in response to opportunity, obligation, or momentum have accumulated into a life that may no longer reflect who the person has become. There's rarely a crisis moment. More often, a slow erosion of alignment that finally becomes impossible to ignore.
What people arrive carrying
Where they want to end up
A career and a life redesigned with intention — whether that means going deeper and finding renewed meaning in the current path, shifting direction into something new, or restructuring how work fits alongside everything else that matters. Not necessarily a different job. A different relationship to work, built on genuine self-knowledge rather than accumulated habit.
The gap
Between a career built reactively, one decision at a time, and a life designed proactively, as a whole. Between an identity that's become entangled with a role or a title, and the ability to see oneself clearly enough to choose — again, deliberately — what comes next.
Bridging it
We return to fundamentals with BeingOS — often surfacing, for the first time in years, an honest picture of the person's current style, values, and what's genuinely changed since their early-career self first made these choices. People change; the self-understanding they're operating from often hasn't kept pace.
ThrivingOS takes stock of the whole life as it actually stands today — across purpose, relationships, health, habits, and money — surfacing where drift has occurred and where intentional redesign is needed, rather than tweaking one domain while ignoring the rest.
Career Compass then helps re-anchor career decisions in purpose rather than momentum — clarifying what still matters, what's changed, and what a re-invented working life could look like. This is where the portfolio mindset often becomes most relevant: not a single next job, but a considered mix of roles, ventures, or pursuits that reflects who the person has become, not who they were when the current path was chosen.

Re-invent with us →Journey 03 · Encore55–65 · the clearing
Who are you when the title retires and you don't?
Starting point
The approach to stepping back from full-time work is one of the most identity-defining transitions a person will face, and one of the least prepared-for. For years, if not decades, a title and a role have quietly done a lot of the work of answering "who am I?" As that role recedes, so does the anchor — often leaving people uncertain not just about what to do next, but about who they are without the structure that has held their identity for so long.
What people arrive carrying
Where they want to end up
An identity that stands on its own, independent of a job title — clear enough to carry into whatever comes next. A meaningful way to keep contributing to the world, shaped by what genuinely matters to them now rather than what their career once required of them. Not retirement in the sense of stopping, but a redirection of contribution, made on their own terms.
The gap
Between an identity built substantially around a professional role, and one that can stand independently of it. Between the fear of losing relevance, and the discovery of what relevance actually means to this person, on their own terms, in this next chapter.
Bridging it
This work begins deliberately before the transition, not after — with BeingOS, helping the individual rediscover who they are apart from the role that's occupied so much of their identity for so long. This is often the most emotionally significant part of the journey, and the one most commonly skipped.
ThrivingOS helps design what a thriving life looks like in this next stage — across purpose, relationships, health, and legacy — recognising that a full and meaningful life beyond full-time work has to be actively built, not assumed to happen on its own.
Career Compass helps identify how the person wants to keep contributing — not through a job recommendation, but through clarity on their anchors and purpose, which might take the shape of advising, mentoring, board work, creative pursuits, or entirely new ventures. Often, this looks like a portfolio of contributions rather than a single "encore career" — chosen for meaning and flourishing, not for a paycheque or a title.
Instruments
Identity apart from the role, the next chapter designed, the anchors for how to keep contributing. BeingOS, ThrivingOS, Career Compass (Legacy)
The work
EnCore Career · individual journey, or a group journey with peers on the same threshold
The outcome
An Encore professional who steps into this chapter with their identity intact, not diminished — contributing to the world in ways that reflect who they've become, on terms they've chosen for themselves.

Begin your encore journey →Journey 04 · The Parenting Journeya parent and a high-schooler · the kitchen table
Two people quietly figuring out who they are, at the same table.
Starting point
By the time a child reaches high school, two people are going through parallel, largely invisible transitions at once. The teenager is forming an identity and facing early career and life choices, often for the first time — under pressure from school, peers, and well-meaning expectation. The parent, meanwhile, is usually operating from instinct, their own upbringing, or simple worry — rarely from a clear understanding of who their child actually is, or for that matter, who they themselves are in this relationship. The result, even in loving families, is a common pattern: parents unconsciously guiding from the outside in, and teenagers either complying or quietly resisting, with neither side fully seen by the other.
What people arrive carrying
Where they want to end up
A relationship where both parent and teenager understand themselves — and, as a direct result, understand and appreciate each other. Differences in style and outlook stop being sources of friction and start being recognised as unique strengths in each person. The high-schooler builds early clarity about who they are, which naturally extends into how they think about their career and life choices — not through a parent's directive, but through their own emerging self-knowledge. And the relationship itself becomes a source of fulfilment for both, not just a series of decisions to manage.
The gap
Between a parent guiding from assumption, memory, or anxiety, and a parent guiding from genuine understanding — of both their child and themselves. Between a teenager whose choices are shaped mostly by external expectation, and one who is building the self-awareness to shape those choices from the inside. Between a relationship defined by managing differences, and one that actively celebrates them.
Bridging it
Both parent and high-schooler go through BeingOS — separately, and in language appropriate to each — building an honest picture of their own behavioural style, values, and natural tendencies. This becomes the shared vocabulary for everything that follows.
Guided reflection then brings the two together: helping each see not just their own results, but their parent's or child's — building genuine appreciation for where they're alike, and where their differences are actually complementary rather than a source of conflict.
For the high-schooler specifically, early exposure to Career Compass begins connecting this self-understanding to the career and life choices ahead — building an inside-out approach to those decisions from the outset, rather than defaulting to expectation, prestige, or a parent's own path.
Instruments
Two reads, each in its own language, then read together. BeingOS for both; Career Compass for the high-schooler
The work
The Parenting Journey · a parent and a high-schooler, separate reads, guided reflection together
The outcome
A parent and teenager who understand each other more deeply — not because the differences between them have disappeared, but because both now see those differences as real strengths worth celebrating. A high-schooler stepping into early career and life choices with self-knowledge already in hand. And a relationship that becomes more fulfilling for both, precisely because it was built on being understood, not just managed.
