The instruments on this site are reflective and developmental exercises. They are not psychological, psychometric, clinical or medical assessments; they do not diagnose any condition; and nothing on this site is medical, legal or financial advice. A report is a mirror for reflection and coaching conversation, not a verdict on any person. Decisions about hiring, promotion, admission or any other consequence for a person must never rest on a report alone.

Answer as yourself: results only carry meaning for honest sittings. Your report is prepared for you personally and reviewed before it is sent. It is licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use. Reports of other people that reach you in a team or organisational setting are confidential and must be handled with the same care you would want for your own.

Learning-platform accounts are personal; keep your access to yourself and tell us if you believe it has been compromised. You must not probe, overload, scrape or attempt to reverse-engineer the services, attempt another person’s sitting in their name, or use the services to harass or harm anyone. We may suspend access that breaks these rules.

The instruments, question banks, scoring methods, written material, reports, software and design of this site are the property of The Being Co. and are protected by law. Nothing in these terms transfers any of that ownership to a user. Content you submit (answers, reflections, feedback) remains yours; you grant us the licence needed to operate the services on it, and to use de-identified aggregates to improve the instruments.

Where a programme or service is paid, prices and inclusions are stated at the point of purchase and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

The services are provided with care but without warranty of uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the fullest extent the law allows, our liability for any claim arising from the services is limited to the amount you paid us for the service concerned. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Personal data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
