How do you actually operate?

One tap a question, no right answers. A DISC profile read through your actual seat: scenario choices, intensity reads and adaptive tiebreakers that react to how you answer, the way you read a room. Then twenty short statements on what you hold: behaviour and values in one read. Doing, and being.

Adaptive · one tap per question

The sixteen positions.

The wheel holds sixteen positions, and they are how this instrument describes a way of working. Neighbours share most of their behaviour, and the position straight across shares almost none, which is exactly why those people are the hardest to read and the most useful to have in the room.

Each wedge is one position. The four capital letters mark the pure positions (Drive, Influence, Steadiness, Clarity), and everything between them is a blend.
